The Story

James grew up in Taranaki and is now based in Wellington. Painting the natural and urban world means James is always looking for unique ways to see our environment. His use of colour highlights the beauty and uniqueness of the scene. When not painting, James explores cities, especially Wellington, and National Parks.
James also likes to paint artworks that are completely different, as seen in his "Something Different" collection.
James is a regular exhibitor at the New Zealand Art Show.
